Coconut Filter Coffee
60ml Indian filter coffee
30ml concentrate jaggery syrup
Tender coconut water on top
Glass: 300ml with ice cubes to rim

Mocha Frappe
2 oz espresso*, chilled
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup ice
4 oz milk
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
whipped cream, for garnish

In a blender, combine the espresso, ice cream, ice, milk, and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth

Serve topped with whipped cream, as desired

* Note on espresso: As a general rule, stick to 17 grams coffee to 55 grams water. Use either an espresso maker, AeroPress, or Moka pot. If you don't have any of these devices, a French press would be the next best thing to use. As a last resort, if you cannot make espresso, add a much higher ratio of coffee grounds to water and brew.

Strawberries & Cream Dalgona Matcha
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1.5 tbsp matcha powder
1 oz Bailey's strawberries & cream
milk

Combine sugar and water in a pot, bring to a boil and let simmer for 3-5 minutes

Beat egg whites with hand mixer until you have fluffy peaks

Pour hot syrup into egg whites 1 tbsp at a time

Mix in matcha powder until combined

Fill glass with ice, milk, 1 oz strawberries & cream Bailey's and top it with your dalgona matcha
